WELCOME!

I'm Gary Nava a luthier working entirely on my own, producing hand made guitars and other fretted instruments of the highest quality. I originally learnt my skills during the late 1970s at the renowned London College of Furniture and have been honing them ever since!

I make guitars and mandolins that are lightly constructed and extremely responsive. I also enjoy making commissions for other custom fretted instruments some of which can be seen here.

I work closely with my clients during every stage of construction, ensuring they receive the instrument of their dreams. Each is made entirely by hand and can take hundreds of hours to construct. Fine woods are used throughout, carefully chosen for their tonal and aesthetic qualities.
