Cedar and Claro Wlanut Steel String Guitar

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS GUITAR HAS NOW BEEN SOLD.

Gary is offering for sale one of his demonstration guitars. This beautiful sounding guitar has won him a number of commissions. It is being offered for sale at the bargain price of £800 complete with a Fishman pickup. A Hiscox case can also be supplied.

This guitar was built in 2005 and has a few marks on the soundboard from being played. The marks do not affect the tone of the instrument or its structural integrity and are no more than you would expect on a pre-owned instrument.

As with all of Gary’s guitars, it is built to the highest standard from fine tonewoods. The guitar is constructed with a Claro Walnut body, Western Red Cedar top, Mahogany neck, Ebony fingerboard and bridge. The fingerboard is inlaid with mother of pearl diamond position markers. The guitar has a herringbone rosette and matching purflings. Ebony bridge is fitted with ebony pins and a Fishman slim line transducer. The Grover Sta-Tite tuners and faux tortoise pick guards completes the classic vintage American look.

The 12 fret neck, 46 mm wide fingerboard (at nut) and 635mm scale length combine to make this guitar a very comfortable instrument to play; particularly suited to finger-style playing. This guitar has been set-up with light gauge strings (010”).

Gary always wants his clients to be 100% happy with their new guitar and therefore invites you to try this guitar before you purchase.
