TWIN POINT MANDOLINS

This is my twin point mandolin which is, by far, my most requested instrument, enjoyed by classical and Celtic players alike. My intention is to create an instrument that evokes the craftsmanship and the quality of materials of a by-gone era. However, this counts for little unless the sound and playability of the instrument are equally considered.

As with all of my instruments, these mandolins are built to the highest standard from the finest tonewoods. A French polish finish accentuates the natural beauty of the wood and has a minimal effect on the tone.

The twin point body-style allows easy access to the upper frets. The scale length is the traditional 13 7/8” (352mm) and the fingerboard is 30mm wide at the nut. The neck is reinforced with carbon-fibre. High-quality tuners are fitted to your choice of either an A or F style head.

I am now offering my own hand-made tailpiece as standard and optional upgrades such as transducers and Alessi hand made tuners can be quoted for.
